Patient accessibility
The exclusive cross-levers system is an efficient technical solution, which guarantees a safe and comfortable access for elderly and reduced mobility patients.
The minimum table to floor distance also facilitates the operator during the positioning and assistance of the patient.
Longitudinal travel
The innovative structural architecture achieves a high Longitudinal Travel, offering free access to the table from all four sides and aiding the operator in the assistance of patients in need.
In emergency situations the table can reach a parked position to make space in smaller radiological units for any other structure, such as a stretcher.
Dual Grid System
The Dual Grid System automatically selects the most appropriate between the two available grids in order to ensure proper focalization based on the selected SID and APR.
The grids can be parked to ensure low dose in paediatric applications and for examinations of upper and lower extremities.
GMM Imaging System
Dose reduction, intuitive gesture, full range of post-processing functions and DICOM standard compliance are essential features in the improvement of diagnostic examinations.
Stitching
The automatic and synchronized movement of X-ray assembly and detector allows the reconstruction of long skeletal segments, resulting in a single perfect stitched image with limited movement-related artefacts.
Advanced procedures
GMM provides a range of advanced imaging procedures that answer the needs of various specialized examinations:
- DSA: for real-time evaluation of upper and lower extremities vascular disease;
- Dual Energy: to generate two different images that enhance soft and hard tissues;
- Tomosynthesis: for a detailed visualization of complex anatomical structures through a great number of slices.
Dose Reduction
The presence of software algorithms, such as Virtual Grid that improves the visibility of low-contrast parts and Virtual Scan that enables patient centring without X-ray emission, guarantees high image quality with low delivered dose.
Thanks to the minimum dose and removable grid, the system is suited to the needs of paediatric patients.
