Position – Role required

GMM, General Medical Merate, in the perspective of an evolution that it is undertaking, is looking for an Application Specialist.

Job description

The selected candidate will join the Application team and will be responsible for post-sales activities in their designated geographical area (Central-Northern Italy). Specifically, they will be involved in training and technical support for end users (radiologists, radiologic technologists and healthcare personnel), device upgrades, and the promotion of GMM’s offerings.

• Provide training at healthcare facilities to radiologic technologists and dedicated staff, both during the preparatory phase and the operational start-up of new systems;

• Carry out upgrade interventions aimed at improving the functionality of devices;

• Promote GMM products and solutions at client sites and healthcare facilities;

• Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations for clients and healthcare institutions;

• Participate in radiology congresses and events, supporting marketing and communication activities;

• Collaborate in the preparation and updating of marketing and technical materials;

• Present systems and solutions to potential customers, illustrating features and benefits;

• Support the Research & Development team in performing laboratory tests to enhance system functionality;

• Contribute to drafting and updating product technical documentation;

• Provide support to Area Managers in the Sales Department, including through product training activities.

Experience and Skills

• Degree in Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines;

• At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in radiology or previous experience as an Application Specialist;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams;

• Excellent command of the English language;

• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time, mainly within the assigned national territory, with occasional international travel.
