General Overview

The OPERA Sharp Revo, featuring a unique height-adjustable system and a compact, ergonomic design, ensures maximum flexibility, operational efficiency and excellent image quality in a range of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
The table and generator can be controlled from a single, user-friendly control console, enabling all examinations to be carried out quickly and easily.

Table movements can also be controlled
directly from the examination room, using
either the collimator touchscreen or the
table-side controls.

Patient accessibility

The unique cross-lever system is an efficient technical feature that ensures easy and safe access, even for elderly patients or those with reduced mobility. The minimal distance between the table and the floor assists the operator in positioning and caring for the patient.

Longitudinal displacement

The innovative structural design enables the table to achieve a wide range of longitudinal movement, allowing the operator to access the system from all four sides and thus provide better care for the patient.
In emergency situations, the table moves into a stowed position, freeing up space for other equipment, such as stretchers.

Dual Grid System

The Dual Grid System automatically selects the most suitable grid from the two available, setting the correct focus according to the selected SID and APR.
In the case of paediatric applications or examinations of the upper and lower limbs, both collimators can be retracted, further reducing the dose delivered.

GMM Imaging System

Thanks to an intuitive interface and a fast workflow, the GMM Imaging System offers a fully integrated solution with excellent image quality.
Dose reduction, intuitive controls, a wide range of post-processing functions and compliance with the DICOM standard are key factors in achieving better diagnostic results.

Stitching

The automatic, synchronised movement of the X-ray tube and the detector enables the reconstruction of long skeletal segments in a single image, minimising artefacts caused by the patient’s micro-movements.

Advanced procedures

GMM provides a range of advanced imagining procedures that answer the needs of various specialized examinations:

  • DSA: for real-time evaluation of upper and lower extremities vascular disease;
  • Dual Energy: to generate two distinct images that enhance soft and hard tissues;
  • Tomosynthesis: for a precise visualization of complex anatomical structures through a significant number of slices.

Dose Reduction

The presence of software algorithms, such as Virtual Grid that improves the visibility of low-contrast parts and a Virtual Scan that enables patient centring without X-ray emission, ensures high image quality with low delivered dose.
Thanks to the minimum dose and removable grid, the system is suited to the needs of paediatric patients.
