In the framework of constant growth, GMM is looking for a Technical Manuals Manager.

Position – Role required

GMM is looking for a Technical Manuals Manager (user, installation and maintenance).

Responsabilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

• supporting the drawing up and the management of manuals related to the equipment manufactured or marketed by our company.
• Issuing specific documentation to the authorised company departments by collecting and coordinating documents and manuals produced by the Research&Development and Service Departments.

Experience and Skills

Ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Industrial and Management Engineering or other technical subject.

We also require:

• Ability to use dedicated software platforms to create documents and manuals, to complete processes/activities and provide effective internal and external documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Power Point
• Excellent knowledge of Google tools and applications and ability to search for information on the Net;
• Good knowledge of document digitalization and management systems;
• Knowledge of cloud platforms;
• High organizational skills;
• Predisposition to interpersonal relations and teamwork;
• Reliability in work management and punctuality for deadlines according to the expected quality levels;
• Accuracy in the execution of the work and attention to detail;
• High flexibility, positivity, resilience;

Language skills:

• Good knowledge of the English language, specifically technical English;
