In the framework of constant growth GMM is looking for a Technician for the Service Department both for Italian and International Clients.
Position – Role required
GMM is looking for a Service Technician for advanced electro medical equipment in the radio diagnostics field both in house and for Italian and International Clients.
Responsabilities
The candidate will be responsible for Installation of new equipment, repair of failures and/or routine maintenance and training of Users in operating the systems.
Following a training and shadowing period, both in house and on-site, the figure will manage all service requests on-site and remotely, under the supervision of the Technical Manger.
Experience and Skills
Ideal candidate:
- Required: Electronic/Electrotechnical/Mechatronic Diploma with solid technical and scientifical background in IT, electronic and electrotechnical fields;
- Preferred: Technical/Medical Degree or equivalent experience.
We also require:
- Knowledge of networking systems and network architecture;
- Good aptitude for manual work;
- Expertise in radiology, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine (preferred);
- Propensity toward interpersonal relations;
- A structured and systematic approach;
- Good organizational skills;
- Ability to work autonomously.
Essential:
- Available to travel locally and internationally;
- Fluent knowledge of English;
- Good working knowledge of Windows (Office 365- Word, Excel).
