Position – Role required

GMM, General Medical Merate, in the perspective of an evolution that it is undertaking, is looking for an employee for Commercial Back Office in Export Sales Department.

Responsabilities

In particular, within the team of the Foreign Sales Office will actively participate in the following activities:

• Preparation of commercial documentation, such as offers, internal orders, proforma invoices;
• Direct processing of commercial offers for customers;
• Insertion and management of sales orders;
• Monitoring of sales conditions, delivery dates and payment compliance;
• Management of communication to customers and sales teams, via email, telephone contact and in person;
• Preparation of reports;
• Customer and product data management;
• Organization and storage of commercial documents.

  • Strong predisposition to interpersonal relationships;
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Microsoft Office 365 software platform usage capacity:
    • Word
    • Excel
    • Power Point

The profile is completed by:

• Knowledge of AS400 management;
• High organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability of synthesis;
• Ability to work by priority.

Language Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of English and other foreign languages (French or Spanish);
• Knowledge of a third language is appreciated.
